I'm going home in 11 days!!!
WAHOO!!!

Ok, I'm really excited. But I heard some sad news today. No snow!
Come on Minnesota. Don't let me down.

I'm trying to plan my trip ahead for once in my life- making dates with friends. I hate being so scheduled, but so much to do in too little time. I really wish I could have stayed home for more than a week, but its better than not going home at all.
Then I am spending New Years in NYC because the only flight I could get home was on the 1st leaving at 10 am. Well, at least it was cheap.

Well, not much time for a large update. I just had to take a minute to spaz out that its almost Christmas and I am going home soon!

Oh- and an update on the below rant- we got a house. It ugly, and smurf-blue (on the outside), but I will make the inside lovely. And it has a big yard (or garden as they say here) which is hard to find in Dubai, with the potential for me to grow the even harder to find- grass! Too bad I have a black thumb. I'll have to work on that.
