Excuse the crudeness
of this picture- but I thought it would be fun to show our travel route over the last few days- and I am not technologically advanced enough to do it any other way. Anyway- top to bottom- the grad tour of the country- well the northern/central/south-eastern, anyway.
I had fun pointing out the different accents along our path- my travel companions now can recognize a variety- and discerne them from the minnesotan twang. At some points I thought our travel would never end- but we finally made it in one piece. Probably due in no small part to "Shut de do" that Sorine and I played and sang at leat 50 times. Good times...
I move in to my new home hopefully on Thursday- more updates soon- but my temporary login at the local library is almost up!

looks like you will be going through texas
Wow ! you made it :)
Glad to hear that u guys are ok ;)
was hoping you'd lose a beshr along the way, but alas, i may have to take him out myself in a few days.. so that you'll have no reason to be down there and will come back to play.
Well, I guess at least I can check your blog to see how you are doing...it's good to know that you are doing okay and that you've finally made it!
alright, first off- I love the map, why do you apologize? it gives a true route. I love you holly, you f#$%cking rock! and secondly... when did your hair turn blonde???
how many BIRDS you killed when you drove to miami...hope that they didn't suffer a lot ....
ANIS
come on - accents?
exagerating a wee bity surely Holly?
Johnny- Texas is not on the agenda yet- but it should be- I'll let you know ;)
Emir- yes we made it- barely... when are you coming to visit?
Con- it would take a lot more than you killing off my boyfriend to get me to come back to st cloud. So play nice.
Ames- maybe if you would call me back once in a while...
Ang- I thought it might help with the cheerleader image you try to push on me.
Anis- I killed no more birds- and I gave no one heart attacks... I think... however there was a rather large dragon fly trapped in my grill when we reached our destination... should have saved it for Sorine who has taken to pinning insects to his wall of late.
Drew- I never exaggerate- there were at least 800 different accents on the way...
